  Love this workout. I have tried many different types of exercise, this is by far the best. I actually enjoy going to class. Meghan is awesome! She motivates the class and keeps you on your toes (literally). The staff is very nice and professional. I love how they all learn your name and don’t just see you as a number. If you have not found a workout you are happy with, PLEASE tryThe Bar Method (Shersbury). I am so happy that I gave it a chance!
