  i called this office very last minute a few days ago - from the parking lot of another office that was very unprofessional to say the least. the receptionist here, however, was very pleasant, and said i could come in. in 4 minutes i was there, she had me fill out the paper work, and in 5-10 minutes i was seen. that is OUTSTANDING for me having essentially been a walk-in. the atmosphere was relaxed and refreshing. the orthodontist was super helpful! he examined me properly and explained in-depth what my situation was. i had more things misaligned than i realized, and i appreciated his honesty with me about it. it made me feel confident in his work. he gave me a play-by-play of what my braces journey would entail. everything made perfect sense, the prices were reasonable, and he gave me an accurate timeline for correcting my alignment. i came in asking for braces and he didn't try to suggest anything more than that. very professional staff! i am thrilled with how i was treated, like a valued patient. i will definitely be returning and i can't wait to see my smile transform with Dr. Magoulas' help. THANK YOU SO MUCH! PLEASE continue to be an awesome office, i will be referring you to others.
