  I went to Top Nails for a pedicure and my technician was Jane. The towel she placed down for me to place my feet on had spots of dried nail polish. I have no idea if the towel had been laundered since the last customer. Jane was in a hurry, even though the place was relatively empty. After she used the Stainless Steel Foot File on my heels she proceeded to wash the tool in the water I was soaking my feet in and then lightly rinse off and dry it, and placed it back in drawer, eww. For the leg and foot massage Jane left on her dirty plastic gloves and rubbed me like she was scrubbing a floor. Definitely no thought or massage skill was applied. The nail polish application was fast and sloppy. I noticed when I got home that one of my nails was only half polished. This was not a good pedicure.
